A high-cut backpacking boot for heavy loads and rough, off-trail ground. Full-grain leather forms most of the upper for durability and water resistance, backed by a waterproof membrane and a stiff TPU shank for edging and stability. The aggressive lugged outsole bites into scree and snow, and the padded collar supports the ankle under a full pack. Built roomy in the toe box; weighs about 1 lb 9 oz per boot in a men's 10.
